Anabas is currently seeking to employ a Facilities Assistant Concierge with experience working in a similar role in a corporate office environment. Working Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm at a salary of £30,500 at our clients prestigious site in Central London, Peloton.
As an Anabas Facilities Assistant Concierge you will provide an exceptional client experience through the delivery of your duties. You will be in a client facing role and required to provide a 5-star customer experience, keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently, seamlessly handling the flow of people through the office ensuring all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
- Reporting to the senior floor captain you will cover their role when required.

Your responsibilities include:
- Greet and welcome visitors by announcing and directing them appropriately
- Manage meeting room scheduling and prepare meeting rooms with refreshments where necessary
- Ensure reception waiting areas are tidy, well stocked and welcoming
- Manage all Workplace emails and tickets according to our SLAs
- Receive, send and sort daily post/deliveries/couriers
- Perform other admin duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, shredding etc
- Maintain well stocked stationery cupboards
- Manage seating & lockers ensuring local standards are maintained
- Act as a First Aider & Fire Warden
- Oversee all events in the office, including but not limited to: holiday parties, team building exercises, evening events and happy hours
- Conducting regular floor walks throughout the day and carrying out audits in line with agreed processes
- Complete minor facilities repairs where necessary
