Reporting to and working closely with the Facilities Manager, you'll be working within the Facilities Team. 

Baddesley Clinton is a moated manor house within a rambling Warwickshire estate and Packwood House is a much-restored Tudor house, park and garden with notable topiary. The properties offer an imaginative visitor experience, with trails, activities and outdoor games throughout the year. The two properties serve a variety of dishes in their café & restaurant, with many ingredients grown in the properties vegetable gardens. Baddesley Clinton & Packwood House are part of a trio of properties alongside Coughton Court, so collaborative working between staff and volunteers is encouraged.

What you'll be doing

As the Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll be responsible for supporting the delivery of an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service, to enable the successful operation of the property. You’ll support the team to meet its objectives by ensuring high standards are delivered and maintained at all times. You’ll be assisting with the provision of planned, preventative and reactive maintenance and repairs, liaising with our maintenance volunteer team, cleaning (including toilets) and caretaking duties, presentation of public areas and visitor facilities including car parks and grounds, preparation of meeting rooms and the co-ordination of back of house services such as deliveries and collections.
