What will I be doing?
Gloucester's Facilities Co-ordinator performs a role within Safran' s ability to maintain standard practices and processes concerning the overall support of the department and the administration of other initiatives across site whilst maintaining good communication links with both Internal & External suppliers.
- Raising & Closing all relevant Purchase Requisitions/Order's within the SAP system.
- Accident/Incident data upkeep including KPI's.
- Procedural Document Update & Management of OSR.
- Audit Logging & Action Closeout.
- Maintenance of Asset Register & Process.
- Maintenance of the Health & Safety Risk Assessment Tool.
- Coordination of Scrapping off of Aircraft Components.
- Coordination of GPI's, Internal Audits & Policy reviews.
- Responding, Tracking and the Closure of incoming Job Requests. Computerised Maintenance Management System. (CMMS)
- Support ad hoc requests when required to support business needs.
- To interface with Internal & External customers as appropriate.
- Liaise with Total Facilities Management (TFM) Supplier on Work Orders & Work Completion.
- Coordination of General Planned Inspection's. (GPI's)
- Management of laundered Personal Protective Equipment. (PPE)
Job requirements
- Previous Facilities background.
- Awareness of HSE within the workplace.
- Excellent Communicator.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Knowledge problem solving techniques.
- Minor Project management skills.
- Knowledge of SAP System.
- Proficient user of Microsoft applications.
