Facilities Administrator
Location – Chippenham, SN15 1GE (Hybrid working)
Hours – Monday – Friday, 08:30 to 16:30

In this role you’ll provide administrative support to the team and be the first point of contact for any requests.
As Facilities administrator you will provide a full administration service including processing purchase orders, record keeping and checking on progression of works. You will also produce reports, administer payroll and HR information, and be responsible for the ordering of consumables. You will also be willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks linked to your job in order to support your manager, your team and our client and be a key liaison with suppliers and sub-contractors.

- Able to prioritise and ensure tasks are done efficiently
- Attention to detail and works accurately
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
We’ll provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You will already have great communication skills and a can do attitude. It would be great if you have experience in a similar role gained in a busy office environment.
