Fabric Technician
We have an exciting opportunity for a Fabric Technician to join our Estates team. This role is a based in our Head Office in Central London (NW1 4LJ). We are also offering a competitive salary of up to £33,460 per annum plus a fantastic array of benefits.

We have approx. 1300 employees across 8 sites, where we cover a broad range of specialisms, including complex medical and surgical procedures and a comprehensive range of cancer and outpatient services.
Job Profile
This role is responsible for all fabric related and painting jobs. This is not an exhaustive list, but provides examples of the type and range of systems and equipment worked on. Undertaking maintenance, repairs, minor improvement, carpentry, basic plumbing, water safety tasks (e.g. flushing -tap servicing). Capital work across the Clinic as directed.

Key Duties
- To work in accordance with the requirements of the FSI Concept reactive and PPM jobs & Clinic policies.
- To ensure that all work is carried out in a safe manner following the appropriate risk assessment at all times.
- Undertake essential repair works and general maintenance activities at the request of the management.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance inspections in accordance with Clinic procedures.
Skills & Experience
- A minimum of five years’ post qualification experience working in a fabric maintenance environment.
- Good awareness of health & safety legislation and experience of working to safe systems of work.
- Completion of a structured training program in fabric engineering.
