Tees Valley Hospital | Porter

30 Hours per week

Permanent – Flexible Working Shifts over 5 days (Some Weekends Included)

Tees Valley Hospital part of the Ramsay Health Care Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Porter. Tees Valley Hospital is in the grounds of Acklam Hall in Middlesbrough and opened in February 2018. The hospital delivers a range of specialties including endoscopy, orthopaedics, general surgery, plastic surgery, urology, and gynaecology, dermatology to both NHS and self-funding and insured patients.

We are looking for a Porter to join our existing team who is committed to a high standard of work and who can demonstrate excellent organisation and communication skills as well as being highly motivated, flexible and an excellent team-worker. Shifts for the role will include 7.30am-1.30pm or 1.30pm-7.30pm, flexible depending on business needs over 5 days. The candidate needs to be flexible as the role will be required to cover periods of annual leave. Reporting to the Stores Managers you will provide a high-quality portering service to all Hospital departments and patient movement services. You will need to demonstrate:
