F&B Intern
Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, the two Michelin starred, award winning and internationally recognised restaurant located at the iconic Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, is seeking a F&B Intern to join their team.

The role involves assisting the front of house team in ensuring high standards are met for guests to enjoy their experience within the restaurant. As a F&B Intern at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal you will receive plenty of training to understand how a 2 Michelin Star Restaurant operates and the history and stories behind the restaurant concept.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and beverage and delivering amazing hospitality to our guests. The ideal candidate will be organised and have an excellent attention to detail. Experience of working in a restaurant is desirable but most importantly passion for hospitality, genuine customer focus and hunger to learn is what we value most.
