F&B; Administrator - Hilton UK&I;
Department: F&B; Operations UK&I;
Location: London (Flexible)
Reports to: F&B; Operations Manager UK&I;
Salary: PS25,000 to 30,000 a year
Position Statement
To provide exceptional communication to our teams and exceptional experiences for our guests through the coordination and communication of UK&I; F&B; initiatives.
Position Summary
- This is a fantastic opportunity to play an instrumental role in the delivery of high profile F&B; projects across the UK&I. ;
- Reporting in the F&B; Operations Manager UK&I;, the role is a mixture of home based and on property work with a requirement to travel across the UK&I; to hotels as required. All travel expenses are covered.
- Supporting the F&B; Operations Manager UK&I; with the execution of F&B; menu development across Taste Republic (All Day Dining menu), OXBO (All Day Dining menu), Banquet Royale (Events), Breakout (Small Meetings) and Fresh Start (Breakfast).
- Supporting the F&B; Operations Manager to deliver best in class operational procedures
- Execution of F&B; marketing programmes that resonate with our identified target market (Including implementing EMEA initiatives appropriate to the UK market)
- Coordination and updating of UK&I; F&B; communications platforms: Whatsapp, Email, Webexes, KitchenCut, Sharepoint.
- Ensure food and beverage programmes are market leading to provide a compelling and relevant offer for our guests
- Supporting communication to hotel teams on latest initiatives
- Ensure initiatives are commercially focused and drive profitability
What will I be doing?
- Supporting the UK&I; F&B; Operations Manager and team to deliver the UK&I; F&B; strategy
- Providing administrative assistance to department executives, including diary management, scheduling, travel arrangements, drafts of correspondence, taking phone calls, preparing expense reports and assisting with emails, tasks and contacts
- Taking notes for departmental meetings, workshops, business meetings
- Creating and developing visual presentations for Executive Meetings, GM's meeting/briefings, etc.
- Supporting all stakeholders on key projects
- Maintaining deadlines and assuring stakeholder involvement at the right time
- Researching and responding to information requests from management
- Maintaining department correspondence and files
- Maintaining the yearly F&B; marketing calendar
- Keeping critical paths up to date for key projects
- Managing monthly content visits with social media support agency
- Reviewing relevant trends
- Raising and processing invoices

What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with proven experience in F&B.;
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and/or experience;
- Educated to degree level, ideally within a hospitality discipline or with relevant experience
- Passionate about all things food & beverage, with a broader interest in current industry trends.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Design skills including use of Photoshop
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels.
