EYFS Learning Support Assistant
Type: Maternity contract
Details: Full time, Monday to Friday
Location: Bristol
Dates: 02/01/2023 - 22/12/2023 (pending the postholders return to work)
Pay: £70 - £108.13 per day (perm salary equivalent: £19,145 - £21086)
Our client is a successful Primary School based in the North part of Bristol that also have a successful Nursery provision as well. We are seeking a caring person with previous EYFS experience, able to act as a positive role model to young children and support their learning & development. You may not have specifically worked in a school previously however if you have experience of Nursery ages, we'd be interested to hear form you too.

- Experience fo working with Nursery aged children
- Experience of working with children who have had to overcome barriers and difficult situations
- The ability to engage parents in supporting children at home
- The desire to go through training and deliver ideas so that ideas can be implemented.
- Passionate about working with young people in education
- Are committed to safeguarding young people and helping them overcome difficulties
- Are committed to ensuring students maximise every opportunity to achieve academically and personally
- Are able to work within a dynamic and challenging environment
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
