The Opportunity

We are looking for a junior Real Estate lawyer with broad commercial real estate experience, to build out a new team in Manchester.


You can expect to work on diverse matters (including development, investment, landlord and tenant and transaction diligence) across a range of sectors, including renewable energy and infrastructure.

Skills and Attributes
  • Real Estate Lawyer with 2 - 3 years PQE gained at a major or mid-sized law firm
  • Qualified in England & Wales
  • Strong technical/legal skills
  • Impressive academic background
  • Provides highest levels of service to clients and colleagues
  • Can demonstrate team-work and relationship building skills
  • An innovative mindset (supporting the use of technology to improve service delivery)
  • Proactive and a self-starter
  • Able to work independently
