Due to huge growth across our business, we have an amazing opportunity for two individuals to join our Grounds Maintenance Team based at Skegness Retail Park.
The Nurture Group is an award winning national service provider consisting of three leading brands: Nurture Landscapes, Gavin Jones and Rokill Pest Control Services. Nurture Landscapes specialises in grounds maintenance, winter gritting and interior and exterior plant display services, mainly to the corporate sector.
Working hours to be discussed further at interview stage.
Job Purpose
What will my day look like?
As one of our team you will be responsible for:
- Using a mini road sweeper to sweep the roads on site - full training to be provided
- Ensuring your site is always clean/tidy and presentable to the highest standards
- Litter control across site
- Emptying bins on site
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety requirements whilst carrying your daily duties.
Skills & Experience
Our expectations of you:
- Able to maintain a high level of Health and Safety
- Ensure compliance always wearing company PPE on site
- Reliable and well presented
- Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Comfortable working in a busy public area
- Capable of working to a high standard with good attention to detail
