This is an exciting opportunity to work with The Pentland Still and Tŷ Nant Water. The Pentland Still is a distillery in Edinburgh which produces our multi award-winning Kings Hill Gin which is sold in John Lewis. . You will also be representing our sister company,Tŷ Nant Water - one of the world’s most iconic luxury drinks brands, bottled at source in Bethania Wales. Tŷ Nant Water is known around the word. We are building a portfolio of the Natural Mineral Waters and adult soft drinks to be sold around the world. Due to huge growth within the last 12 months, we are looking for an amazing individual to join our team. We are on a journey to build a large and successful premium drinks company. We already have some iconic brands and will be adding and acquiring others.

Duties
· Help our brands find distribution in another 20 Countries in 2023.
· Work with DIT, SDI, and Business Wales on a weekly basis - maximising all the schemes and support available to the group therefore existing knowledge of the DIT ecosystem and its working mechanisms are much preferred.
· Country Distribution Selection Process - Work with the owners to identify the top 5 prospects in each territory and carry out comparative analysis of each.
· Distributor Confirmation and Sign off
· End User Acquisitions in each key market - e.g. supermarket chains etc.
· Will need visits to most markets to drive distributor engagement and build relationships (20 markets is at least 7/8 trips a year)
· Work with the marketing manager to organise and head all international trade shows and events.
· Work with our external market research partners to commission reports on best routes to market and potential distribution partners for our brands in key new markets
· Maintain client relationship management.
The ideal candidate would have:
· At least 5 years Export experience.
· Have a clear understanding of the DIT (Department of International Trade) and what it can do to help our export sales.
· Food and Drinks Brand experience preferred but not essential.
· Be confident working individually and as part of a team.
· Take initiative have strong communication skills organisational skills and a can-do attitude.
· Relationships with current export customers is essential.

Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
