Guidewire Claim Center Business Analyst
ROLE SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Analyst will be responsible for ongoing analysis, support and management of our Guidewire ClaimCenter global implementation.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to ingest full knowledge transfer of existing applications and thoroughly document
- Work with business to understand business requirements. Create functional specifications as needed for new functionality.
- Design solutions that maximize the out of the box features of the product and minimize customizations.
- Completely document and provide end to end data flows for the GWCC and multiple integrations per the specifications
- Develop detailed requirements specification for GWCC
- Test configuration changes and assist QA team in test planning and troubleshooting
- Estimate the level of effort/cost of new application functionality
- Provide analysis, troubleshooting and resolution on production issues related to applications and its integration points
- Coordinate support activities with business stakeholders and IT resources
- Enforce compliance with change control procedures for on-going production changes and projects
REQUIRED TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (in order of level of need)
- 5+ years hands on experience with developing detailed business and technical requirements for Guidewire ClaimCenter required
- 3+ years of experience supporting Guidewire ClaimCenter and related integrations.

- Master experience with excel and managing data
- Experience with SQL development preferred. Must be able to read and understand SQL code and develop complex queries.
- Proven track record of creating clear, concise deliverables that reflect a deep understanding of business needs and the out of the box software functionality.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience operating and interfacing with business management, including negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Understands communication channels and escalates appropriately.
- Strong initiative; able to self-manage. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work through it to get the right things done.
- Experience using standard project and business tools including Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
- Team player who works well with technical and business resources.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: £500.00-£525.00 per day
