Export Sales Administrator Bedford, England
Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual to join our wholesale & retail business in our Sales team, to process domestic and export sales orders and be the main point of contact for our overseas customers.
The successful candidate will be working in our small, friendly office with our Sales & Marketing and Finance team.
The successful candidate will be IT literate, with experience in exporting and export requirements and have excellent attention to detail. They will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to organise their time effectively. As well as being a team player they will be able to work on their own initiative.
Essential:
Exporting experience min. 2 years
Desirable:
Experience of working with Microsoft Business Central ERP software
An interest in the outdoor leisure industry
Experience working in a B2B environment
Duties to include:
- Processing of export and domestic sales orders from receipt to delivery through our ERP software Business Central.
- Serve as the main point of contact for our overseas customers.
- Work within the Sales and Marketing Team to promote our brands to prospective retailers.
- Maintain knowledge of exporting requirements for our product range and customer base.
Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm
Salary:
From £28,000 depending on experience
