Export PackerCastle Donington8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday to FridayBank holidays plus 20 days£22,000 to £24,000.00 plus overtimeJob Description:We are seeking a skilled and reliable Export Packer to join our team in Castle Donington. As an Export Packer, you will be responsible for the manufacturing of timber packing cases and the export packing of commercial goods. This role involves working both at our facility in Castle Donington and on customers' premises nationwide.Key Responsibilities:- Manufacture timber packing cases for commercial goods.- Expertise in export packing using timber cases, ensuring the safe and secure packaging of products.- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.- Adhering to quality and safety standards in all packing operations.- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.- Willingness to travel to customers' premises as required.Preferred Job Requirements:- Woodworking and joinery experience, with a strong understanding of timber materials and construction techniques.- Previous experience in export packing, specifically with timber cases, ensuring goods are prepared for international shipping according to regulations and guidelines.Non-Essential Job Requirements:- Valid driving license for potential travel to customers' locations.- General packing experience in addition to specialized export packing skills.- Forklift license, though training can be provided if necessary.We Offer:- Competitive salary within the range of £22,000 to £24,000.00, commensurate with experience.- Overtime opportunities to enhance earnings.- A supportive and collaborative work environment.- Opportunities for skill development and training.- Generous holiday allowance, including bank holidays.If you meet the above requirements and are ready to contribute to our team, please submit your application with a detailed resume outlining your relevant experience and skills.
