[Experiences Required] Sales and Lettings Negotiator

[Main Responsibilities]
- Maximise revenues and grow the property register
- Develop exceptional working relationships with clients
- Source new business and keep stock levels up
- Keep eyes on the local market and competitor activity
- Prepare contracts, documents, invoices, etc.
- Response to Emails and phone calls
[Requirements]
- Have sales experience, customer service experience, or back-office support experience
- Ability to provide courteous customer service
- Excellent ability to write and to speak in English
- Have the legal right to work in the UK included YMS and Graduate route visa
- Full driving licence preferred
[Salary] £28K-£35K / year + Commission pay, depending on skills and experience
[Working hours] Monday-Friday 9:00-18:00, Saturday 9:00-16:30*
*You will receive a compensatory day off if you work on Saturday.
