Job Description

Would you like to learn how the LEGO Group works with strategic design, conducts user research and builds experiences that kids and adults love?

Come and join us in the Ecosystem development team in London. Learn by doing, with guidance from experienced LEGO employees, who will help you to develop value proposition, user journeys and prepare workshops.

Eligibility

  • This is a paid internship. We are open to full-time (37.5h/week) 12-month internship placements, or student workers who are able to commit to 20h/week. This role would require the ability to work from our London office 3 days per week.
  • Currently pursuing a university degree in Service Design, User Experience Design and Human Computer Interactions or a related design or behavioural science discipline.
  • Be a student with the right to work in the UK already in place.
  • Available to start working in September 2023.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of the value proposition for an audience with the specific focus on cross-experience user journeys.
  • Help develop user journeys and service map across LEGO branded ecosystem.
  • Conduct desk research and benchmarking analysis.
  • Support business design activities such as workshops, stakeholder interviews, business intelligence gathering, creative brainstorms, visioning, and KPI development.
  • Review and analyse available insights and data to define and deliver differentiating and market leading experience.

  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data analysis into stories to gain stakeholder buy-in.
  • Enjoy working in cross-functional teams.
  • High level of enthusiasm and passion to learn.
  • Good presentation and communication skills in English.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Proficient level of verbal and written English.

The internship salary and benefits will be shared at interview stage.
