We are looking for experienced warehouse operatives /Order pickers and packers to work at our clients logistics company located in the LS12 area of LeedsThis role is a temp to perm position for the right candidate. In order to be successful at getting a permanent job after 12 weeks you need to be reliable, driven to hit targets, be flexible in your approach to work and have a good level of spoken & written English.Shift: 5 over7. Must be able to work Sundays 7am-3.30pmMonday to Friday 6am-2.30pm & 7am-3.30pm /1.15pm-9.45pm rotating weekly.Sunday 7am-3.30pm (Rota day off in week when working the Sunday shift)However, a degree of flexibility will be required in busy sale periodsYour duties will include:- Processing returns- Eye for detail and accuracy essential.- Picking single & multiple orders- Using picking sheets & scanners to pick items- Packing items ready to go out to customers.- Working to picking & packing targets and achieving above 85%- Using trolleys & other equipment/machinery safelyPay grade:£10.42 per hour Monday to FridayOvertime paid after 40 hours per weekEnhanced pay rate for Sunday working.The right candidate must be reliable, have a great work ethic ,good time keeping and attendance record and having worked in a similar role previously.If you have the required experience for this role and have a great work ethic ,good time keeping and attendance record ,having worked in a similar role previously.
