Responsibilities:
- Lead the Go-to-Market strategy and core marketing KPIs, including MQLs and SQL quantity/quality.
- Execute Demand Generation campaigns to meet and exceed annual growth goals.
- Become the in-house CRM expert, owning lead/customer data and automation.
- Develop expertise in our domain and create meaningful content that engages our target buyers and current clients.
- Embrace growth-engineering by constantly testing and optimizing all aspects of our marketing.
- Manage our social media/graphic designer and be a hands-on team member. More hires to come with revenue growth.
- Take ownership of field and virtual events, sponsorships, and business development efforts.
- Drive public relations to secure CEO interviews and expand our brand to a larger audience.
- Collaborate with the CEO to set vision and strategy for the company in the market.
- Maintain annual growth (43%) while managing the budget wisely.
- Launch new products with well-researched, vetted strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, MBA a plus!
- Highly organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented.
- 5-7 years of experience leading marketing efforts, preferably with the ability to independently manage initiatives.
- Proven track record of growing a small business from $2M to $30M+.
- Exceptional communication and copywriting skills.
- Experience with EOS "Traction" is a plus.
