Requirements for HCA’s:
- MUST be hardworking and adaptable by responding quickly to changes
- MUST be passionate about high quality individual and teamwork
- MUST have a current DBS (inside a year or on the update service)
- MUST have 1 years UK Healthcare work experience
- MUST have PMVA training and certificate
- MUST have experience with young people with ASD and Challenging behaviour
