Support Worker

We are currently looking to recruit experienced Support Workers who have experience with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Behaviours of concern. We need skilled and experienced staff across Greater Manchester with an understanding of PBS, whose values align with our own and are committed to offering outstanding Person-centred care.
If you have 12 months experience and have completed a care certificate, we offer £22,308.00 per annum plus £62.64 per sleep-in (not waking nights), excellent training and development and a host of fantastic benefits (No sleeps are required at our services in Whalley Range).

Shifts are given 4 to 6 weeks in advance. All rotas cover a 7 day period, mornings, afternoons, evenings including sleep ins.

Supplemental pay types:
- Optional overtime at enhanced rate
- On average an extra £250.56 per month if you do one sleep a week, more if you do more sleep shifts a week
