Experienced Lead Business Analyst
Location: Hybrid with a minimum of 2 days per week in London
Rate: £390 per day (inside IR35, via Umbrella Company)
Term: 6-12 months
Job Description
· BA Manager who has prior experience in managing big teams and programs
· You will be required to manage 3-4 BA across different projects.
· Task manage other BAs, flag any issues with the lead.
· Able to give direction to other BDs both on task and method.
· Strong communication and reporting
· Experienced BA with usual Business Analysis skills - requirements, process modelling etc.
· Leadership skills - task management on projects is key/& quality management - point of escalation.
· Able to put together a requirements approach plan that is suitable to a specific project.
· Pragmatic and improvement driven.
· Experience of projects in Finance (e.g. Accounting, Cost Management, Budgeting, Financial Controls etc.)
· Experience of both waterfall and agile project delivery methodologies
Preferred:
· Experience of system upgrades and cloud technologies
· Experience of creating Target operating models
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: £390.00 per day
