We are currently looking for experienced qualified Social Workers (Level 2) our Family Assessment and Support Teams in Lincoln, West Lindsey, East Lindsey, South Holland and South and North Kesteven.
The children and families that we work with face a range of challenges, and if you join one of our FAST teams, your caseload will be extremely varied. Our Social Workers work closely with several agencies and services to help improve the outcomes of children's lives. Our practice model is Signs of Safety and this is underpinned by a commitment to restorative practice, meaning that you will be practicing in a way where the strengths of the family and their network are honoured, where families are supported to develop their own solutions and where plans are child centred with the voice of the child being at the heart.
As a Level 2 Social Worker you will be responsible for assessing social care needs, support planning and reviewing packages of care. You'll use your specialist knowledge and experience to manage a range of more complex cases, leading on these from start to finish meaning children and families have consistency of Social Worker.

You will receive monthly formal professional and case supervision; take part in monthly group learning and also participate in monthly team meetings.

We offer a competitive salary £34,723 - £38,296 and a 15% annual retention bonus to Level 2 social workers in our FAST teams. We'll also pay for your annual SWE registration.

An Attraction Supplement of 15% of the starting salary will be applied to appointments made to FAST teams. The supplement applies only to these posts, is time limited and is subject to regular reviews. The payment is not consolidated into your basic salary but is pensionable.
