Sizzling Indian Cuisine based in Weybridge, Surrey is looking for an experienced Head Chef with cooking experience to manage the kitchen in a busy Indian Restaurant and Takeaway. You need to have a proven track record of working in restaurants/takeaways. You are able to work in a busy kitchen to the highest of standards. Someone who is a good peoples person and understand the value of a happy team. Someone who is hands-on with tandoor cooking and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in the quality and taste of every dish leaving the kitchen.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- • Experienced in Head chef position, tandoor, and cook side in a restaurant/takeaway
- • Able to work in a busy/fast-paced environment
- • Quality control in every dish
- • Work alongside the kitchen team to ensure all food hygiene is adhered to and implemented
- • Maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
- Maintain standard food safety hygiene
- Stock control
- Customer satisfaction
