Salesforce is seeking a transformational Executive Vice President (EVP), Sales, Marketing Cloud & Commerce Cloud to serve as a key member and business leader to the AMER Distribution Team. The EVP will lead the Marketing Cloud & Commerce Cloud business units and will be responsible for the go-to-market strategy across North America. This leader will define the Marketing Cloud & Commerce Cloud go-to-market plans and work cross-functionally with Product, Enablement, Marketing, Customer Success Group (CSG), and Alliances & Channels.
The EVP, Sales, Marketing Cloud & Commerce Cloud will be responsible for growing top line revenues and driving new business through inspirational sales leadership and management with the implementation of scalable, repeatable, structured systems/processes. This leader will embrace the operational challenges of leading a high growth business unit at significant scale through its next stage of growth.
Specific responsibilities include the following:
Sales and Distribution Strategy
Drive go-to-market and distribution strategy for Marketing Cloud & Commerce Cloud Distribution
Influence (representing distribution feedback) development of Marketing Cloud & Commerce Cloud product roadmaps, and industry solutions (across all Salesforce products and ISV partners)
Jointly own (with industry product GM) long-term growth strategy (LRP)
Sales Execution
Directly manage resources and growth number for Marketing Cloud & Commerce Cloud
Help drive and influence deals within and outside direct area of ownership
Partner with Distribution OU Leaders to drive growth across industry verticals
Field activation and excellence via the following:
Enablement for Marketing Cloud & Commerce Cloud plays (working with the enablement, sales programs and PMM teams)
Sales Plays and Programs across sub-industry verticals and cloud with global relevance and consistency
Alignment
Be a thought partner and share best practices across OU’s
Align Marketing Cloud & Commerce Cloud priorities across Distribution, Product, CSG, A&C, Marketing and Enablement
Represent Distribution in Marketing Cloud & Commerce Cloud reviews with ELT
Represent the Voice of the Customer in product roadmap development and prioritization
