Earn what you deserve!! With between £26,000 - £31,000 per annum depending on experience, a realistic OTE of £38,000 - £43,000 and an uncapped commission you are in control of your own earnings, the sky is the limit, it’s up to you!!

About the Role

As a New Business Telesales, reporting to the Sales Team Manager your objective is to achieve a combination of KPI and revenue-based targets. You will be expected to achieve on a consistent and ongoing basis. Your daily plan will include, prospect identification, validating the correct decision maker, appointment setting and quality control.

The main role responsibilities are:

  • Manage your own pipeline of leads and prospect potential clients to qualified appointments
  • Building rapport and using effective questioning to identify business needs
  • Make contact with leaders/owners/decision making committees of these companies
  • Complete a consultation process where your objective is to understand the company’s need for consultancy support to accelerate their growth through gap analysis
  • Set appointments for our Framework Directors with relevant businesses that have demonstrated a significant need for consultancy support in gaining public sector revenue growth
  • Consolidate the appointment 24 hours prior and ensure all admin and documentation has been received by the client ahead of time to ensure the meeting goes smoothly.
  • Working towards individual and team KPI’s such as revenue, margin and sales conversion

  • Outbound (cold calling) experience (essential)
  • B2B selling experience
  • Consultative sales approach
  • Experience of working in a target-driven sales environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Able to correctly profile a prospect through effective questioning
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales KPI’s, acquiring new business and building customer relationships
  • Work as part of a team
  • Consistent high achiever
  • Motivated, passionate individual with a desire to deliver an exceptional experience
  • Ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Good IT Skills
