Job description
The Role
We have an exciting opportunity available for an Executive Support Officer to work with our Chief Executive and the Chair of the Authority. You will play a key role in supporting the Chief Executive by organising their diary, formulating correspondence, preparing key communications, drafting presentations and line management administration. You will also provide support to the Chair of the Authority and Members as well as supporting our Committees and other meetings as required. At times you will also provide wider administrative support where it is needed within the Authority.
About You
You will need to have experience of working in an executive support role, including diarising, note/minute taking of complex discussions, complex letter and report writing and have excellent attention to detail and accuracy. You will also need to have strong ICT, communication and organisational skills and be able to interpret complex information.
