Job description

Wise May are looking for a Executive Secretary to join a friendly firm based in the City for a 12 month FTC.

Duties to include:

  • Provide effective support to the CEO
  • Booking travel and assisting with visas where applicable
  • Managing expenses
  • Maintaining and updating records on databases
  • Producing and managing business documentation
  • Preparation of PowerPoint presentations, client packs and excel documents
  • Organise business events and social functions

Hours 09:00-17:30, 3 days per week
