Job Summary:
As a 1st Line Customer Success Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our users, ensuring their success with our app. Your primary focus will be resolving customer issues in a timely manner, ensuring our customers enjoy the best experience possible with our apps and services. You will work closely with other members of the customer success team, escalating more complex issues to our 2nd line support technicians where appropriate.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to user inquiries via email, social media, chat, and other channels, providing timely and accurate assistance.
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, while escalating more complex cases to the appropriate members of the team.
- Guiding users through the app's features and functionalities, ensuring they can utilise our platform to its fullest potential.
- Identifying and communicating product feedback, feature requests, and potential improvements to our Product and Development team.
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge about our app and staying up-to-date with the latest updates and releases.
- Collaborating with other Customer Success team members to share best practices, learnings, and insights.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer support processes and resources.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- A passion for health and fitness, with a strong understanding of the industry.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer support or customer success role, preferably in a technology or health and fitness-related company.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with users, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Familiarity with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, or similar platforms) is preferred.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate our global user base.
