Executive Recruiter - Barclays UK and Consumer Banking & Payments

As a Barclays Executive Recruiter, you will have an exciting chance to challenge your skills and take overall responsibility for the delivery of end-to-end Director and Managing Director level recruitment including strategic client management. You will deliver searches and grow to be an SME in your given business area (Barclays UK and Consumer Banking & Payments). In your role, you will handle hires which is a mixture of external direct hiring, external use of agency, and internal mobility.

We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month, or a quarter. • Being in charge of the full recruitment lifecycle including client briefing, candidate selection, interview arranging and offer management
- Delivering on searches through external direct hiring, external use of agencies and internal mobility
- Partnering across HR and Exec Hiring Services to ensure one face to the client across HRBP/Reward /Onboarding /Immigration during offer process
- Managing the resignation process in partnership with the client
- Ensuring all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, and the Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework
- Working collaboratively with senior stakeholders and keeping them up to date on search reports, individual candidate updates, etc
• Solid evidenced background in working the full recruitment cycle
- Experience in financial services sector
- Prior experience in dealing with senior stakeholders and managing difficult conversations/situations
- Experience recruiting globally, within a risk management environment
• Experience within Consumer Banking
- Background in Executive Search
