Senior Conference Producer – Forums, Roundtables, Networking Events
London office – Hybrid working, 3 days in the office + Travel
Base salary up to £45,000 + Generous Commissions
Experienced Conference Producer level opportunity- Experience producing Forums, Roundtables, and Networking Event formats
- Exceptional stakeholder management and excellent communication skills
What will you be doing?
- Produce market leading quality events that meet the needs of the community
- Event research and topic validation
- Create a long-term event strategy
- Liaise, brief and support the event speakers and contributors
- Work collaboratively with your internal team - marketing, sales and operations
- Taking on board attendee and industry feedback
- Develop new events and refresh existing events
- Working and managing lots of external stakeholders
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Taking responsibility for your tasks
Who are you?
- An experienced commercial conference producer with 18 months to 2 years in b2b conference production
- Skilled at spotting new trends and topics for agendas
- Excellent communicator who can work collaboratively as part of a team
- Able to work successfully with multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and lots of internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional research and analytical skills
- Commercial awareness
