Digital Content Executive

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Content Executive to join our marketing team, working cross-functionally to manage the day to day member (customer) facing content of our mobile app and website, ensuring we take advantage of opportunities to engage members and keep offers relevant and fresh.

What You’ll Do
· Own the offer content of our website and mobile app, ensuring consistent messaging and tone of voice
· Present offer information to members making it easy to understand, with a clear call to action to drive conversion
· Develop a good understanding of the strength of partner offerings
· Contribute to the digital content planning process ensuring a joined-up approach across Partnerships and the CRM team
· Be reactive to opportunities to promote offers and maximise commercials, e.g. emerging trends/weather/major sporting events etc.
· Work with the Partnerships team to keep offer content current
What You’ll Bring
· Experience of delivering focused digital marketing content
· Copywriting experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills
· High attention to detail to spot errors and ensure consistency
· Commercial acumen and confidence in identifying commercial opportunities
· Great interpersonal skills to build relationships with a variety of people across the business
· Excellent organisational skills and ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
· A degree or qualification in Marketing or a similar discipline would be advantageous
· Experience of working within a member-based organisation would be a bonus
