The role will be based at our Support Centre in Syston Leicestershire but will require occasional visits to our other sites across the country.

- Electronic diary management using Microsoft Outlook
- Acting as a key point of contact between the senior managers and other key parties, setting up meetings as appropriate and maintaining good communication
- Making travel arrangements, booking accommodation and processing claims for expenses
- Collating presentations using PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Working as part of a busy PA team
- Preparing and supporting Exec meetings and events
- Email management and phone call support for the Executives
- Provide cover/support to other PAs as required
- Ad-hoc tasks the director may require
- Preparing documentation for board meetings and ad-hoc meetings as requested by the Exec
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- The ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times as you will be dealing with sensitive data and information
- Flexible with a proactive approach to work including the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise using their own initiative
- The ideal candidate will be a forward thinker and a problem solver
- The interpersonal skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders to support Executives with their work
- Keen attention to detail and being able to maintain a calm disposition under pressure
- Possess a valid driving license
