Executive PA
An exciting and challenging opportunity for an exceptional senior Personal Assistant to provide professional dedicated PA and administration support to a Group Executive in a FTSE listed business.
Working closely with the Executive, you’ll look after their incredibly busy business world by extensively and proactively managing complex and ever-changing diaries, email inbox management, organise domestic & regular international travel and accommodation, telephone screening, and co-ordinating meetings, seminars, and conferences where required. You’ll also be responsible for associated administration, such as expense management, drafting routine correspondence, invoicing, document and agenda management.
About You:
You’re exceptionally organised, diligent and conscientious, and have considerable proven background working as a PA or EA at C-Suite or senior leadership level. You have outstanding stakeholder management skills, enjoy multi-tasking in a very demanding, fast-paced environment, and take pride and responsibility in your work. You’re experienced in handling confidential and sensitive information, discreet, forward-thinking and can work under pressure on your own initiative. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel & PowerPoint is essential.
This is an urgent hire for us; therefore we can only consider applicants on a 1 month notice.
What we can Offer You:
Up to £52,000 per annum - dependent on experience.
