The role:
Support executive in a broad range of activities.
Coordinate approval of work processes.
Interact with internal and external staff and customers.
Compose, prepare, distribute and maintain correspondence, reports, presentations, email and other documentation for company archive and audits.
Schedule meetings, compose and distribute meeting agendas and materials. Take meeting minutes as required. File agendas and action items for company archive and audits.
Prepare itineraries, coordinate business travel and submit expense reports for executive.
Plan, coordinate and assist with meetings, conferences, seminars and company events.
Maintain/update organization charts and distribution lists.
Flexible & availability to resolve high priority, high visibility issues.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
3-6 years experience working within an Executive Administrative role.
Comply with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations.
Take required training.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Highly experienced with expense applications.
Provide backup to other Executive Management Assistants.
Travel approximately 10% of the time.
Any duties as assigned.
