On any given day, you’ll be:
- Developing visual identities for brands (including logo designs, colour palettes and typography)
- Designing beautiful collateral documents (including client agreements, annual reports etc.)
- Producing stunning editorial design work (including brochures, lead magnet guides etc.)
- Creating assets for other departments in the business (including graphics for websites, email templates for client surveys etc.)
- Helping us become the ‘go-to’ financial services marketing agency by exceeding expectations and embracing innovation.
And generally being a helpful person within a fast-paced and productive team.

We’re a marketing agency who specialises in the financial services sector. In fact, based on Google reviews, we’re the highest-rated agency in that sector. We service the marketing needs of financial advisers and planners, as well as networks, investment houses and product providers.
Niche, isn’t it? That’s a great thing because it means we inherently know who we work with and their typical needs.
We’ve grown rapidly since our head honcho Phil Bray started the business in 2017, and to continue that growth, we need to add more talent to the team. If you’re an ambitious designer, we want to hear from you.
Our office is in the very heart of Nottingham’s Creative Quarter, meaning you’re just a few minutes away from bus, tram, and train stations should you wish to work in the office. Working from home is not an issue, if that’s your preference.

We’re looking for a creative person with a keen eye for detail who wants to thrive and grow within a supportive team.

If you’re the person we’re looking for, we need you to be able to demonstrate:
- An understanding of Adobe InDesign
- An understanding of Adobe Illustrator
- An understanding of Adobe Photoshop
- Fluency with Microsoft Word (Many of the collateral projects we work on include bespoke branded Word documents, so this is a must!)
- A keen and enthusiastic eye for design
- Good communication skills and being able to work as part of a small team are also essential.
Ideally, you would also have these qualities too:
- Experience with email marketing platforms (such as DotDigital or Mailchimp)
- An understanding of the artworking and printing process
- Experience with the commercial side of working in an agency (tracking time, working to deadlines and time estimates).
