About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and driven Executive & Event Assistant to join us in our award winning newly built, open and bright work space.
You will be expected to support the Innovation Manager and Innovation Centre Coordinator in the effective day-to-day running of the Innovation Centre.
Some of your duties may include:
- Ensure the events and meeting room bookings are coordinated from start to finish.
- Liaise with customers/businesses regarding their event/meeting booking; agree booking form requirements, arrange invoice and payments and setup the room layout requirements.
- Maintain stock control records and ensure supplies (catering, stationary and kitchen supplies) are ordered.
- Setting up new tenants and users via CRM system.
Maidstone Innovation Centre is a truly dynamic and innovative location for, primarily, businesses in Medtech, Life Science and Health. It will accommodate 270 jobs over its first 10 years. It is the most ambitious project the Council has undertaken with a high degree of scrutiny and interest in its success.
The Innovation Centre is quickly establishing itself as the hub for MedTech, Life Science and Healthcare professionals. You will strive to create an ecosystem that increases the output of high-tech health innovations. You will help provide a supportive environment to help businesses to develop and grow, creating a community of like-minded people.

About You:
Ideally, you will already have experience in a customer-facing role either in facility operations, hospitality or a related field.
Your priority will be to ensure a superior customer experience and you will have excellent communication, and organisational skills.
You will have experience and a good understanding of coordinating events and meetings for customers or businesses.
