As the Creative and Project Lead for Commercial Banking (CB) Proposals and Content Management, you will develop business cases and lead initiatives to implement new technologies or processes that improve the Request for Proposal (RFP) response process, deliver insights to our sales organization and support our Commercialization Team’s Go-to-Market strategy and workflows. You will also lead our Creative Team that supports CB Solutions’ Payments content and manages branding, graphics and layout for RFP responses, creates engaging standard, reusable sales materials and custom creative deliverables for our Commercial Banking sales organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Direct creative resources in the execution of pitch materials, RFP graphics, visually engaging micro-sites, videos, animations and other graphics
  • Lead a team that supports CB Solutions’ Payments content and manages branding, graphics and layout for RFP responses, and creates engaging standard, reusable sales materials
  • Lead projects to plan and deliver innovation in the Proposal process including business case development, technology implementation, process development and scale up
  • Develop business cases and lead initiatives to implement new technologies or processes that improve the Request for Proposal (RFP) response process
  • Communicate with project stakeholders and manage diverse expectations, ensure business and strategic alignment and document progress
  • Partner with Commercialization Team to develop and maintain workflows and creative strategy
  • Partner with Commercial Bank Proposals leadership team and a large number of internal teams to source content for graphics deliverables

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • 10+ years of total professional experience with 3+ years of relevant experience in design and copywriting decisions or execution and/or leading innovative process improvement projects
  • Experience working with copywriters, designers or communications teams, or playing a decision making role in marketing or design execution
  • An established track record of execution and building / training teams to deliver against objectives and demonstrated record of delivering transformational operational or process improvements
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and lead with minimal direction
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into crisp recommendations; present and defend recommendations to a variety of senior audiences
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to motivate and drive strategic and tactical execution
  • Excellent business writing, grammar, communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Understanding of government bidding/ corporate procurement requirements and process
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative suite: Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Mastery of PowerPoint (creating and editing presentations)
  • College degree (Bachelor of Art or Bachelor of Science)

The Wholesale Payments Product Delivery organization is responsible for scaling and integrating payments platforms across Commercial Banking and the Corporate & Investment Bank, by defining the product strategy, segmenting clients and packing solutions against these segments, determining the end-to-end delivery strategy, managing product launches and enabling the sales teams.
