Here at Company of Cooks we operate all restaurants, bars, events and staff catering at the Royal Opera House, the restaurant and café at the National Portrait Gallery, and are being invited to return to the Royal Academy of Arts in Burlington Gardens after their 250th anniversary re-development. We are excited to be recruiting for some Executive & Group chefs to join Company of Cooks at these exciting & expanding times. We offer diverse working patterns, site-based and in light of business needs. The roles we currently have available have salray ranges from £75,000 - £80,000 per annum.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Leading the full food operation of some of the most iconic centres in & around London. Our offerings includes onsite grab & go cafes, street food concepts, casual restaurant dining, bakeries, a private members lounges and much more
  • Looking after some of our venues ever evolving events scene, servicing hundreds of customers varying food and drink requirements, from canapes receptions, to bowl food services to banqueting menus which are made bespoke for our clients.
  • Keen to bring new ideas and exciting food styles to some of Europe's biggest and most exciting concepts and inspire the next generation of chefs.
  • Responsible for the full management of the Head Chefs, kitchen and overall back of house team. Works with the Head Chefs that are on site to deliver all budgetary targets and provides high standards of customer service.
  • To ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standard whilst seasonal, of known provenance and where possible sourced locally
