Key Responsibilities:

• Culinary Excellence: Create and execute exquisite menus that reflect the essence of the event, with a focus on quality, innovation, and presentation.
• Team Leadership: Lead a talented team of culinary professionals to ensure seamless event execution.
• Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to design menus that cater to a diverse range of tastes and dietary preferences.
• Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
• Event Planning: Work closely with event planners and organisers to ensure a smooth and memorable dining experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in high-end catering or event management.
• Culinary degree or equivalent qualifications.
• Creative flair and a passion for creating unique culinary experiences.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Salary: £35.00 per hour
