Well known North London catering company looking for new Exec Owners of business looking for a new Exec to step into their role in driving new business Role includes costings for events, planning, menu development and overseeing freelancers and team. Barely any evenings or weekends except in special circumstances Exec required for very cool caterer. Still hands on throughout the week but with a lot of time spent ensuring the existing team are running the kitchen well. You will be required to cost all event briefs, develop all menus for events, source new suppliers, manage the small team. The events are all week round but unless it's a HUGE events you wont need to to work across the weekend or many evenings either. We love this bizz, and this is a mega opp to shape the future of the company.
