Job Title: Retail Operations Executive
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift pattern: Monday – Friday (Flexible working hours)
Salary: Up to £20,514
Location: Bowthorpe, Norwich

About the role:
We are looking for a friendly, hard-working, and enthusiastic Retail Operations Executive to join our dedicated team.
The main responsibilities for this role include:
- Assisting the team with daily operational tasks
- Using AI to create and manage our product range
- Regular auditing of team tasks and procedures suggesting areas for improvement
- The successful candidate must be confident with telephone and in-person communication with clients and be able to represent the company to a high professional standard
About the person:
To be a successful candidate for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following attributes, skills and experience:
- A friendly and approachable person who flourishes in a team environment, with a positive attitude
- A high level of aptitude for working with figures
- The ability to work with great accuracy
- The ability to work on your own initiative, with motivation and drive to succeed
- Proficient in use of software such as Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- An interest in board games is desired but not essential
