Executive Assistant to Vice Presidents – Specialty Care, Global Product Strategy
Are you looking for a fast-paced executive support role that supports senior leadership and their teams in a global environment? If so, this Executive Assistant role could be an exciting opportunity to explore.
Key Responsibilities
In this role you would be supporting Senior Leaders and their teams within the Global Product Strategy group. You would be a critical member of the team and integral to bringing these medicines to patients who need them.
Your role would include:
- Manage and maintain Vice Presidents schedules, appointments including travel arrangements
- Prepare and submit accurate expense reports as required.
- Manage diverse, routine, and ad hoc administrative activities
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
- Draft and type memoranda, correspondence and generate reports
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
- File, retrieve documents and reference materials
- Conduct research, assemble and analyse data to prepare reports and documents
- Design and maintain databases
- Manage special projects as agreed
- Co-ordinate project-based work
- Effectively collaborate with the administrative team by positively impacting and contributing to the success of the team on an ongoing basis
- Serve as point of contact for the Centralized Administrative services team supporting the line of business

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with managing IT solutions such as teamsites/sharepoints
- Ability to project manage and to organize each working day to be effective as possible
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ Outlook)
- Good level of English, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and diplomacy required.
- Ideally a bachelor’s degree
