Executive Assistant to the Pro Vice-Chancellor International
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative and secretarial support to the Pro Vice-Chancellor (International).
This interesting and wide-ranging role includes the organisation and administrative management of incoming and outgoing overseas visits. It will also be the first point of contact for a variety of enquiries and correspondence, along with effective diary and meeting management, and the coordination of events and committees.
Whilst principally providing administrative support to the PVC, you will also work collaboratively with Directorate colleagues, occasionally providing support to other members of the Executive Team. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in the full range of University events such as graduation and clearing.
About You
As an experienced and confident Executive Assistant, used to working at a senior level within a complex organisation, you will be self-motivated, possess excellent interpersonal, administrative and organisational skills. You will fully comprehend the importance of handling confidential information with care, have high attention to detail and a proven record of meeting deadlines. Advanced skills in Microsoft packages including Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint are a pre-requisite.
