Salary: £39,119 rising to £41,700 from September 2023

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive, committed and highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide professional, strategic and confidential support to the Principal. The Principal is a warm, supportive and inspirational leader who values and cares deeply about both the pupils and her staff body. The school was awarded independent secondary school of the decade in 2021 and continues to be a friendly, fun and supportive environment with high investment in pupil and colleague wellbeing.
You will play a key role in the school providing a professional, courteous, efficient and confidential secretarial and administrative service to the Principal, and in ensuring the smooth running of the wider PA and administrative team across all sections of school, ensuring a high quality administrative service to pupils, parents and staff. This post will have direct responsibility for four PAs with two of these PAs taking responsibility for leading the wider administration teams in their section of school.
You will have substantive, high level PA/EA skills, strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and prioritise as necessary. You will be extremely professional and have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders, staff, pupils and parents. Experience in an educational setting would be an advantage.
