Executive Assistant to the Directors
CBTax has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join our team supporting the Executive Directors.

The Executive Assistant to the Directors will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the directors’ office. This individual will provide comprehensive administrational support, manage communications, coordinate meetings and travel and assist in various projects, thereby contributing to the overall success of CBTax.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative support: Handle a wide range of administrative tasks, including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings on behalf of the Directors. Prioritise tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
- Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications addressed to the Directors, draft, review and edit correspondence, emails, and reports, maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
- Meeting Coordination: Organise and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments, prepare agendas, materials and presentations as required. Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
- Travel arrangements: Plan and manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries. Ensure Directors’ travel plans align with their schedules and preferences.
- Document Management: Maintain and organise electronic and physical documents, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality. Assist in the preparation and formatting of reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.

Qualifications/Experience
- 3+ years’ experience working within a similar position.
