About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in their daily operations. The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring smooth communication, internal and external stakeholder and relationship management, efficient workflow, and effective time management. As a vital member of the team, the successful candidate will be adaptable, discreet, and possess exceptional multitasking abilities. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to the smooth operation of Beamery.
What will you be doing at Beamery?
Optimise executive productivity by managing complex calendars, scheduling key meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements to ensure efficient time management.
Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building relationships though handling inquiries and communications with professionalism, speed, quality, and confidentiality.
Implement strategies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency, resulting in measurable improvements.
Ensure the executive being supported is well briefed and prepared for meetings, and help to support follow-up action communication and delivery.
Demonstrate discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Assist with managing personal appointments, ensuring a seamless work-life integration.
Meet and greet external guests and provide an excellent guest experience.
Organise company meetings, events and offsites.
This role is intended to be office based, with some travel as required.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate executive needs
Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines, consistently meeting or exceeding performance goals
Demonstrated ability to optimize executive productivity, leading to quantifiable improvements in time management and efficiency
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing executive documents and reports.
Agility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced tech environment.
