EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO SENIOR MANAGEMENT

About the Role
We are looking for an amazing Executive Assistant to join us and support Extremes senior-level managers. While working alongside the team, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of experience in a similar role, where they have demonstrated excellent organizational and communication skills.
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Remote, anywhere in the UK.
Remuneration: £22 000 - £28 000
Area: Option to be office based west of Winchester, Hampshire, UK
Business Hours: Monday Friday 9am 6pm UK time
Responsibilities include but not limited too.
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage executive's calendars and set up meetings/conferences.
- Coordinate and make travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails.
- Keeping Databases up to date.
- Managing NDAs.
- Filing NDAs and Contracts in SharePoint.
- Managing access to lead executive team.
- Managing LinkedIn and sending messages on behalf of senior team.
- Personal Management for senior team.
- Form filling across many areas.
- Keeping note and managing MOTs and Car Tax.
- Travel tracking for sustainability management.
Requirements and skills
- 2 - 10 years' work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
- High School degree
- PA Degree, diploma, or certification is a plus.
