Job Summary
Our Managing Director is looking for a smart, hardworking, flexible, motivated assistant to support him in his busy business and personal life. He is looking for someone who is well organised with the ability to work on your own, follow up on matters and see them through to completion. You would be working with an exciting team internationally and add value daily!

Skills:
- ability to deal with people in a helpful, upbeat manner is paramount
- flexibility – be able to change course of work easily
- outstanding organisation skills
- work independently with good judgement and able to prioritise
- handle sensitive information discreetly and trustworthy
- advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including word, Excel, PowerPoint a must
- Experience in project management a plus – assisting with and keeping track of pending projects with teams across the business
Travel would be part of the role both within the UK and abroad
Hybrid working in a team setting but also from home
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: £33,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
