Job Description


Act as a recognised reference point of entry for the organisation

Support the CFO in maintaining an up-to-date, accurate set of organisational data, including organizational charts and team files

Taking minutes at meetings, creating and following up on all action plans with relevant parties.

Coordination of diaries, meetings and monthly townhalls involving colleagues multiple geographical locations. Proactive diary conflict management and seeking solutions to an evolving work schedule is a must.

Own all Finance related content on company intranet.

To confidently draft and review memos to be communicated to the wider Europe and North Africa Operating hub.

To create and enhance professional working relationships across the Accor network.

To manage all travel arrangements for the CEO including flight tickets, visas, airport transfers and expenses.

To lead and take responsiblity over any ad hoc project work that may arise from the evolving business needs.


Qualifications

  • At least 5 years in an Executive Assistant role supporting at C Level.
  • Extensive experience of working in an international, highly matrixed global organisation
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in the entire Microsoft Office Suite.
  • An additional language such as French is highly desriable. Fluency in German, Polish and/or Russian is also preferred.
